Her only daughter is a Firefighter/EMT back in Savannah for the service with which Teri also served, and her youngest son is a Nuclear Submariner in the United States Navy. With an empty nest and after 16 years with her company she has ventured to East Texas with her husband, Michael, who is a retired Chief Master Sergeant with the Georgia Air National Guard.
