'Lifelong learning' (Colloquialism) is the "ongoing, voluntary, and self-motivated" pursuit of knowledge for either personal or professional reasons. Donnie's clinical experience began with health unit coordination  in one of the busiest emergency departments in Texas. This progressed from EMT to Licensed Paramedic and earning his degree in Emergency Medical Services. Donnie has served in capacities such as Field Training Officer, Field Staff Supervisor, Shift Commander and  is currently a Regional Manager. In a continued effort of lifelong learning, Donnie graduated nursing school and received his RN in 2014.  2016 will mark 13 years with the Champion EMS Organization.
